Internet, Lounge, Kitchen, Microwave, Parking and an affordable AirBnB nearby.

No smoking allowed in the control room(s) or the studio work areas.
You may smoke outside at least 10 meters away from any building on the property.
Please do not leave cigarette butts or matches on the ground. 

Food and Drink – Although food and drinks are allowed in the studio, please use them in reasonable quantities and in a responsible manner.
Any spills that cause damage to the building or equipment will be billed to the client.

Pitchfork Studios will only release the material to the assigned Payee assigned by the client.

Pitchfork Studios is not responsible for any intoxicated behaviour of the client or client’s guests at any point.

Illegal substances are not allowed on the property.
